1. Who we are
FastFix.it.com ("FastFix", "we", "us") is a trading name of No Fear Tech Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales under company number 16758357. These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
2. Our service
FastFix provides AI-generated, step-by-step guidance to help you resolve common technical issues on personal computers and mobile devices. The guidance is informational. While we work hard to provide accurate, verified fixes, you follow any steps at your own discretion and risk.
3. Your first fix and payment
Your first fix is free. After that, you may pay a one-off fee per fix or subscribe to a plan. Prices are shown before you pay. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your card details.
Where a subscription is offered, it provides the number of fixes stated in the plan for the stated period. You can stop using the service at any time.
4. Refunds (UK consumer rights)
As a UK consumer you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Because our fixes are digital content delivered immediately, by purchasing you ask us to begin supply at once and acknowledge you may lose the 14-day right to cancel for that item. If a fix is faulty or not as described, contact us and we will put it right or refund you.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes. You must be at least 16 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian.
6. No guarantee / limitation of liability
We provide the service with reasonable care and skill but cannot guarantee that every fix will resolve every problem, given the huge variety of devices and configurations. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence).
7. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login details safe. You can sign in with an email and password or with Google. You may ask us to delete your account at any time.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the latest version here with an updated date. Continued use means you accept the changes.
